Fastman regards our clients as an integral part of our business. We work hard to ensure that existing clients are retained, and that new clients quickly come to feel that we appreciate the trust and confidence that they demonstrate by engaging us to undertake work on their behalf.

We do this by actively engaging clients at multiple levels using well defined and established processes, working closely with clients to make sure we deliver our services in a manner that assists them to execute their projects and operate their systems as they require, and building long term operational as well as account management relationships.

Practical examples of this include adapting reporting to meet client needs, submitting timesheets and invoices in accordance with client’s internal financial systems, tailoring support programs to work with clients internal and 3rd party operational needs, and utilising world class products appropriate to their specific requirements.

Through this we have been able to maintain strong relationships with – and deliver repeat business to – existing clients, and develop equally strong relationships with clients that have come to us since we started Fastman. The references below and case studies attached are a sample of these.
