It establishes a secure platform for the full lifecycle management of both project and corporate information, from creation to ultimate disposal or client handover.
Document Controllers are provided with tools specifically developed to improve their efficiency and minimise processing time, project team members are able to access and update information irrespective of physical location and stakeholders are able to obtain accurate information directly and on demand.
DLM4ER has been developed in conjunction with leading global engineering organisations. It leverages OpenText’s proven ECM Suite 2010 and Fastman’s Bulk Data Manager for Document Controllers, and supports standard industry functionality such as Transmittals, Automatic Document Numbering, Automated Batch Upload, and scheduled reporting. Optional components include CAD drawing management and renditioning, markup and workflow.
Typical deployment time from commencement to handover is 2-3 months and licencing is perpetual with low ongoing maintenance and support costs.
